SendViet

Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

By using SendViet, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. SendViet operates as a gift delivery coordination service, connecting customers with local vendors in Vietnam to fulfill gift orders. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

Delivery Timelines

We recommend placing your order at least 72 hours in advance of your desired delivery date. This lead time allows us to coordinate with local vendors and ensure timely fulfillment. Orders placed with fewer than three days of notice are handled on a best-effort basis. For such orders, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date and no refunds will be issued for delays resulting from insufficient lead time.

ASAP Orders

Orders marked as “ASAP” are fulfilled on a best-effort basis. Delivery may occur on the same day or may take several days, depending on vendor availability and local conditions. SendViet assumes no liability for the timing of ASAP deliveries. If delivery timing is critical, we strongly recommend placing your order with the standard 72-hour lead time.

Holiday Periods

During major Vietnamese holidays—including but not limited to Tết (Lunar New Year), International Women’s Day, and Vietnamese Women’s Day—extended lead times may be required due to heightened demand and reduced vendor availability. Specific holiday periods and adjusted lead times will be noted at checkout when applicable. We encourage customers to plan ahead during these periods to ensure timely delivery.

Perishable Goods

Certain items available through SendViet—including flowers, cakes, fruit arrangements, and other food items—are perishable in nature. Due to the perishable nature of these goods, all such items are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivery has been completed. We recommend that recipients receive and inspect perishable items promptly upon delivery.

Delivery Confirmation

All deliveries are confirmed via photographic proof taken at the time of delivery. This photo serves as our record that the order has been fulfilled. If you believe there is an issue with your delivery—including damaged items, incorrect products, or non-delivery—you must raise a dispute within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery time. Disputes raised after this 48-hour window may not be eligible for resolution.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge provided that we have not yet contacted or placed the order with a local vendor. Once an order has been placed with a local vendor, cancellation is no longer possible and no refund will be issued. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible to determine whether cancellation is still available.

Pricing

All prices on SendViet are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount displayed at checkout, inclusive of any applicable delivery fees. SendViet reserves the right to update pricing at any time; however, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Liability

SendViet operates as a coordination and dispatch service. We are not the manufacturer, producer, or direct seller of the goods delivered to recipients. All products are sourced from and fulfilled by independent local vendors in Vietnam. Delivery timing and product availability are subject to local vendor capacity and conditions beyond our direct control. While we work diligently to ensure a high-quality experience, SendViet’s liability is limited to the coordination of orders and does not extend to the manufacture or production of goods.

Account Data

SendViet respects your right to control your personal data. Customers may request the deletion of their account and all associated data at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will remove your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please note that certain records may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as completed transaction records.
